This isn’t your average yoga class, but neither is it a passive story time either! Breathe, stretch, be silly, balance, and have fun listening to narratives from around the world while incorporating yoga poses. This class will involve movements with caregivers and is best for ages 3 and up and kids at heart.
Instructor Bio: Becca is a 200hr RYT with over 10 years experience in yoga studios and educational settings from daycare to college. Her enthusiasm while sharing breath and movement makes Storytime Yoga fun and engaging.
