Instructor Bio: Kate Barry is an arts writer, yoga teacher and all around cool person. She received her RYT-200 from Yoga Baum Yoga School in April 2018. Her training is rooted in Hatha with Baptiste and Ashtanga influences as well. She has taught throughout the community with Kentucky Yoga Initiative including Louisville Grows, Berrytown Accessible Community Center as well as Trager Family JCC. Kate loves connecting breath with movement, releasing into a challenging pose then finding child’s pose.
