This class is for students in normal health who want to learn foundational postures, and for experienced students who want to refine their practice. Class begins with meditation and conscious breathing, followed by warm-ups, standing poses, seated poses and easy inversions. Class ends with savasana. You'll need your own mat. If you have other yoga props like blocks or a blanket, please bring those too.
